You can Tribute this card; add 1 “Timelord” monster with 0 ATK from your Deck to your hand. You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 “Timelord” monster with 0 ATK from your Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. You cannot Special Summon other monsters during the turn you activate this effect.
